We are fully accredited by NHER and offer a professional affordable service to our clients.
We can provide a stand alone Domestic Energy Assessment.We will shortly be providing complete home information packs or HIP as they are more commonly known. The HIP from ECO Energy Assessors will be launched in July 2008.
Home information packs are required for all properties marketed after 19th December 2007.
There are a number of ways to obtain your Home Information Pack many estate agents will offer to compile the pack for you. Alternatively you can buy a pack direct from us.
Buying your pack from us means it is totally portable if you decide to change agents then the pack belongs to you.
From October 2008 Energy Performance Certificates will also be required on rented property, as a landlord or managing agent you will need to provide an energy performance certificate to prospective tenants.
As qualified energy assessors we will be in a position to offer you this service at extremely competitive prices with volume discounts available to letting agents entering into an agreement with us.

News Update June 2008:
Our Home Information Pack Service will be launched shortly with prices starting at £268 for a freehold HIP with no VAT to pay. Prices for a Leashold HIP will be available nearer the time.
We will also shortly be launching a conveyancing service together with our partner web-conveyancing. This service should be launched in August making ECO Energy Assessors a one stop shop for all of your home moving needs including HIP - Energy Assessment and Conveyancing.
